This is a Nordic property developer and general contractor building housing and commercial projects in Denmark, Sweden and Norway. It handles idea development, permits, construction as main contractor, bringing in outside investors and finding tenants. Its projects include housing in Copenhagen such as The Residence CPH, Frederiksberg Allé and The Silo, as well as retail, logistics and office buildings, among them a logistics centre in Herning and a regional headquarters in Fredericia.
The company is family-owned, with a small, flexible organisation and short decision lines. It stresses reliability, delivery on agreed time, price and quality, and long-term relationships. Headquarters are in Ikast, and a press page covers completed projects.
