This is a joint industry body for occupational health and safety in the Danish building and construction sector. It publishes guidance on site layout, cranes and scaffolding, machines, noise, chemicals and dust, accidents, lifting and the psychological work environment, plus guidance for about 20 trades. There is also an annual handbook as PDF and in print, a podcast with six episodes on ergonomics and electricity on site, a newsletter and posters for site cabins.
Companies can get free advice on improving the working environment. The guidance also covers site welfare: a site cabin with toilet, hand basin, shower, changing and eating areas, a mobile light cabin, and an environmental cabin for work with hazardous substances such as asbestos and epoxy.
