Appointments are booked online, and they can be cancelled or rescheduled through the confirmation e-mail or a customer login. Guests with allergies to perfume, cologne or other chemical products are asked to say so when booking.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours ahead, and a fee is charged for late cancellation or no-show. The fee is paid by MobilePay. The entrance is wheelchair accessible.
