This cocktail bar is in the historic ProfilHotels Copenhagen Plaza in Copenhagen, with panelled walls, Chesterfield armchairs and walls of leather-bound books and first editions. Since the 1970s it has been known for champagne, cognac and whisky, and today also for cocktails themed on famous books. Before the smoking ban in 2007 it was a cigar lounge.
There is live jazz every Friday and Saturday. The bar seats about 50 guests, and tables can be booked; reservation is recommended for groups of eight or more. It can be hired for events, and cards and mobile payments are accepted. The entrance is wheelchair accessible.
