This cocktail bar in Copenhagen has the concept #GaiaWonderland, inspired by Alice in Wonderland. It serves signature cocktails such as The Sallinger with rye whiskey, apricot liqueur and cinnamon chocolate bitters, a Dirty Chai Martini and a Margarita Thyme, and some drinks come with effects like bubbles, fog, fire and smoke. The bar was founded by two friends.
