This Cambodian restaurant in Copenhagen is run by two siblings who came to Denmark in 1988 and opened it after about 30 years. The kitchen aims to serve Cambodian food as it was before the Khmer Rouge era, with dishes for the whole table, meant for sharing. It uses kroeung, a Cambodian curry paste, in stir-fries and soups, and serves teuk marich, a dip of lime juice, salt and black pepper.
Tables can be booked online, and the food can be eaten in or taken away. Lunch, dinner and dessert are served, along with beer, wine, cocktails, coffee and vegetarian dishes. It is child-friendly and suits groups, and cards and mobile payments are accepted. The entrance is not wheelchair accessible.
