This gym is run by Aarhus University for its employees and members of the senior association Nestor, and a membership also covers one training partner. It is not open to everyone, and children have no access. Membership gives access to the gym, group classes such as spinning and yoga, court booking for badminton, futsal and floorball, an introduction session, a health profile and an extended health check with a physiotherapist.
Membership and group classes can be booked online. There is free parking in the large car park in front of the centre. The entrance, parking and toilet are wheelchair accessible. Group classes and ball sports are moving to Trøjborgvej, with fitness and spinning to follow, so members can use both sites for a while.
