This sushi restaurant is part of a chain of 12 sushi shops in Denmark, several of them in Aarhus. The concept is pick'n'mix: you choose your own maki and nigiri pieces or buy a ready-made box. The sushi is made fresh in each shop with organic Italian rice, and the salmon comes from Hirtshals. Ingredients include salmon, chicken, avocado, tempura and tuna, and there are vegetarian options.
You can eat in or take away, and sushi can be ordered online. There is no delivery. Street parking is free, and cards are accepted. The entrance and seating are not wheelchair accessible, and dogs are not allowed.
