You choose your own mix of maki and nigiri or buy a ready-made box, and the sushi is made fresh in each shop with organic Italian rice. Options include salmon, chicken, avocado, tempura, tuna and vegetarian choices.
Sushi can be ordered online and taken away, and cards and mobile payments are accepted. There is no outdoor seating, but there is free street parking.
