This small sushi place in Risskov, Aarhus, makes its sushi fresh to order and advises ordering by phone in advance to avoid waiting. The menu includes uramaki, kaburi maki, tempura maki and nigiri, and on Sundays there are bowls in eight varieties, including salmon, tuna, eel and a vegetarian one. There is a monthly offer and a monthly bao with Japanese katsu.
