This manor is owned by Aarhus Municipality and houses the National Equestrian Sports Centre along with associations and companies. The estate covers 288 hectares, much of it recreational nature. The main building was built in 1842-1844 in classicist style, designed by Ferdinand Thielemann, and the foundations and cellar of the earlier Skumstrup manor can be seen in the garden.
The grounds host events such as a stallion presentation, a breeding and foal show and Danish championships. The entrance and parking are wheelchair accessible.
