This Mediterranean restaurant is at Marselisborg marina in Aarhus, with a view over the harbour. Each day the kitchen puts together a tasting menu of eight dishes over three courses, and there are also oysters and a vegetarian aubergine dish. The wines are mainly French, Italian and Spanish.
