This gallery of contemporary work in Aarhus was founded by the artist Zacker as a home for creators who follow intuition and personal vision. It shows original paintings, prints and installations by selected Nordic and international names, both emerging and established. Exhibitions grow out of conversations and studio life, and many of the artists move between painting, drawing, poetry, sound, performance and installation.
The gallery is an informal, open space that calls itself an urban gallery, and it holds exhibitions, workshops, readings and small events where visitors can meet the artists. Visits can be arranged by appointment outside opening hours. Artists can register works, workshops and events through the website, and there is a newsletter.
