This specialty roastery in Aarhus sells whole beans and subscriptions from small roasteries and producers. Everything is roasted in small batches, so the beans are fresh when they reach the customer. It works closely with farms and stresses sustainability. A tool called Kaffe match helps you find a brew to your taste.
Orders can be collected free of charge at the roastery in the Baggarden courtyard (ready within 48 hours) or delivered to your door, and you can take out a subscription. The roastery is open Monday, Wednesday and Friday 11 am to 4 pm and closed on public holidays. The founder gives courses and events and advises on brewing methods.
