This is a roastery, brewbar and lab in Aarhus. The beans are roasted in-house and bought directly from farms around the world. At the bar you can have espresso, Chemex, Hario V60, siphon or cold brew, as well as milk-based drinks. The owner is an eight-time Danish Barista Champion, and the beans are also sold in the webshop.
On Fridays and Saturdays, butter croissants are served alongside. You can sit inside or outside or take a cup away, and equipment such as filters and cups is on sale. Card and mobile payments are accepted, and the entrance is wheelchair accessible. Tables cannot be reserved, and dogs are not allowed.
