This house is a community and safe haven for young people aged 18 to 30 in difficult life situations, for example those staying in homeless shelters or who have just moved into their own home. The organisation behind it was founded in Copenhagen in 1912 and helps people in need regardless of background or faith. Here you can have a meal, take part in activities and get help with big and small matters, and the young people can influence what the house offers.
The work communities include a sewing studio and a wood and bicycle workshop, where bicycles are repaired and products are made from surplus and recycled materials. The entrance is wheelchair accessible.
