This trade union for journalists, communicators and other media professionals has an office in Arosgaarden in Aarhus. It has groups for journalists, communicators, film and TV, photographers and graphic designers, among others, and issues a press card available only to members.
The union runs the unemployment fund AJKS, gives legal advice on copyright and pays out royalties for members' protected works. Members also get collective agreement information, salary statistics and guidance on parental leave. New members who sign up for direct debit (Betalingsservice) get a three-month free trial.
