This deli and cheese shop in Aarhus sells cheese, charcuterie, wine and delicacies from across Europe, aiming to stock products not found in ordinary cheese shops and supermarkets. It stocks no mass-produced cheeses or sausages with long lists of E-numbers. It was founded in 1999, and the dairy tradition goes back to 1883. It also supplies about 600 restaurants and kitchens and has its own maturing store by the harbour. Its own cheeses include Lindbjerg Blue and Marsk Brie, and it has won several medals at the Nordic Cheese Festival and the World Cheese Awards.
Catering and tapas platters can be ordered for parties. Cards and mobile payments are accepted. The parking is not wheelchair accessible.
