This butcher's shop in Aarhus has kept up its craft since 2007 and sells meat products, home-made cold cuts and fresh ingredients. The range includes grill sausages, cured sausages, meat for the grill and gift items. There is also fresh smørrebrød (Danish open sandwiches) made with its own cold cuts on rye bread, and for the holidays you can pre-order organic poultry such as duck, goose and bronze turkey.
The shop prepares ready meals and buffets for holidays and parties, which can be ordered ahead in the web shop, and food can be delivered to events away from the shop. Gift vouchers and allergen information are available. The entrance is not wheelchair accessible.
