This butcher in the Center Syd mall in Tranbjerg has operated since 1997 and sells fresh meat from the counter, homemade cold cuts and ready meals. Almost everything is made in-house from old recipes, without flour or unnecessary additives, and there is its own smokehouse and sausage production. You can also buy smørrebrød (Danish open sandwiches), a dish of the day, meat packs and grill dishes.
For parties, food to take away is offered: buffets, lunch arrangements, reception menus, hot and cold dishes, desserts and cheese platters. Delivery is available. The entrance and parking are wheelchair accessible, and card and mobile payments are accepted.
