This salad bar is in the Aarhus Street Food hall. It serves cold salad bowls and hot rice bowls made with organic ingredients, including chicken, falafel and salmon. Dressings and some components are made in-house from fresh produce, and the supplier list is published. There are also cold-pressed juices and protein shakes. It has been open since 2016.
You can eat here or take away, and there is outdoor seating. Vegetarian dishes are available, and children and dogs are welcome. Online ordering is possible, cards and mobile payments are accepted, and the entrance, toilet and seating are wheelchair accessible. Delivery is not offered.
