This gourmet restaurant in Aalborg serves a tasting menu with snacks and a full presentation of the kitchen. On Fridays and Saturdays from 12 to 3 pm there is also a lunch menu. It holds one MICHELIN star, and the wine list focuses on organic and biodynamic wines. With the food you can choose a wine menu, a prestige wine menu or a juice menu.
Tables are booked online. Allergies must be reported at least two days before the visit. The restaurant sells gift cards and has a wine shop. The entrance is not wheelchair accessible, and there is no outdoor seating.
