This vegetarian café in Odense has a plant-based menu that changes with the seasons. The dishes draw on kitchens from around the world, interpreted with local ingredients. There is brunch every day until 3 pm, a bean salad, avocado toast, burgers with a breaded celeriac or kosmos patty, and smørrebrød (Danish open sandwiches) on rye bread. The dish of the day changes, and sauces and spreads such as porcini mayo and herb butter are made in-house.
Breakfast, lunch and dinner are served, along with coffee, tea, kombucha, beer and wine. You can eat in, take away or sit outside, and tables can be booked online. It is good for children and suits groups, and the entrance, seating and toilet are wheelchair accessible.
