This approved firm of accountants is run by approved auditors and was founded in January 2000. It became an ApS (private limited company) on 1 January 2015 and serves business clients across Denmark. It can handle the statutory examination of every company type, including A/S and ApS, and issues auditor's statements.
It also offers accounting, digital accounting, tax-free company restructuring and share exchanges, bookkeeping descriptions and advice on sole proprietorships. Potential clients can have a free first meeting, online or at the office. Its sister company Back-Office ApS is in the same building and offers administrative services.
