The massage is physiotherapy-style and aimed at concrete problems such as muscle tension, a stiff neck, tension headache, tennis elbow-type strain, and back, lower back and shoulder pain. Pregnancy massage, ultrasound, manual therapy and acupuncture are also offered.
Ultrasound is used mainly for joints, tendons and ligaments, where massage has less effect. Manual therapy restores movement in joints after misalignments. Appointments can be booked online, and there is a cancellation waiting list. The practice is in a small basement room.
