This is the headquarters of the Salvation Army in Odense, an evangelical Christian denomination that has worked in Denmark since 1887. It does social work grounded in Christian faith through local corps, drop-in centres, shelters and crisis centres, and it offers free counselling. There are also church services, music and singing, work with seniors, children, young people and families, and second-hand shops.
Every year it provides Christmas and holiday help for families. Corps, shops and containers across the country can be found on a map on its website. There is a toilet.
