This recycling centre is run by Odense Renovation, the waste and recycling utility for Odense, which serves households, businesses, institutions and housing associations. Schools and institutions can book a visit for classes, with teaching material and loanable litter pickers. There is also a second-hand shop at the site.
Hazardous waste, small electronics, batteries, bulky waste and textiles are handled through separate schemes. The website has a waste calendar with alerts by email and SMS and a sorting guide. The entrance is wheelchair accessible.
