The club offers training in duathlon, cross duathlon and multisport. Members can get OTK Plus, a tailor-made training plan, and the club has a calendar and a presentation of its coaches. It also has a sister branch for mountain biking, founded in 1998.
Every year the club runs its OTK Cuppen competition, a tradition since 1994 and one of its biggest activities, with classes for men and women. Club championships are held yearly, and the club organises training camps abroad, including in Hungary, Lanzarote and Alsace. It has hosted national championships in the Odense area and several other towns.
