This independent tenants' association serves tenants on Funen and has been active for many years. It helps members in private rentals, housing associations and commercial tenancies with advice on rent increases, heating statements, maintenance, termination and other questions under tenancy law, and it also handles cases directly. It is based in Odin Havnepark.
The association nominates tenant representatives to the rent tribunals and residents' complaints boards in the Funen municipalities, and lay judges to the housing courts in Odense and Svendborg. It campaigns for better tenancy legislation and publishes information on the rules, including the standard tenancy contract A10, valid from 1 January 2023.
