Diagnosis is free and non-binding, with a fixed price before work begins. Many repairs are done the same day, often without an appointment, but you can also book online. Parts and work carry a 24-month warranty, and devices can be sent in by post. Business customers can get agreements with a fixed contact person and loan equipment.
