This association for property owners and landlords covers all of Funen and was founded in Odense in 1884 as Odense Grundejerforening. It has about 840 members, who get free advice and a free trade journal. It is represented on the rent tribunals in Odense, Middelfart, Nyborg, Assens, Kerteminde, Faaborg-Midtfyn and Nordfyn.
Members can get help with rent tribunal cases, rent calculations, notices of rent increases, accounts for Grundejernes Investeringsfond, drafting of lease contracts and online advertising. The association holds after-work meetings and an annual conference, and publishes news on the tenancy rules.
