This firm specialises in renovating Kochhus houses, terraced houses built by the contractor Jens Preben Koch, and other Danish single-family houses from the 1960s to the 1980s. Koch built about 12,000 brick houses, mostly in Odense and the surrounding area, including Paarup, Tarup, Hjallelse, Næsby and Dalum. The firm was started to make renovating Kochhus houses simple and later took on other houses.
