The restaurant sits in a whitewashed house with blue-framed windows and a large terrace facing the harbour and the Øresund in Humlebæk. It opened in 2008 and belongs to the formel B restaurant family. The kitchen cooks modern Nordic-French food built around fish and shellfish, landed by small boats in the harbour. The fish soup and the langoustine with green strawberries and horseradish have been on the menu for years. The wine list is among the most ambitious on the North Zealand coast. It is listed in the 2026 MICHELIN Guide.
Lunch and dinner are served, and you can book a table. There are vegetarian dishes, a children's menu and outdoor seating. Take-away and delivery are not offered. The restaurant is wheelchair accessible, with free parking.
