This is a royally privileged inn dating from 1744 on southern Funen, today a five-star country inn with rooms and suites. The restaurant combines classic French techniques with Nordic ingredients from local farms and coastal waters, including fish and game. Lunch is served in the pavilion overlooking Helnæs Bay. The spa offers massage, sauna, hot tub and a wilderness bath. It is listed in the 2026 MICHELIN Guide.
