This yoga studio was founded in 2013 and belongs to a small chain with two studios in Copenhagen. Classes cover hatha, yin, hot, power, ashtanga and online yoga, running from early morning to late evening. The aim is to make yoga accessible to everyone regardless of income, so membership is low-priced. The teachers have a background in anatomy and physiology and stress anatomically correct guidance to avoid injury.
Newcomers can try one free class within 14 days, including online video access, Zoom participation and the loan of a mat and equipment, though not mats for hot yoga. The atmosphere is light, warm and informal, and beginners and experienced practitioners alike are welcome. The entrance, parking, seating and toilet are not wheelchair accessible.
