This day spa is run by Scandic Hotels and sits in the Scandic Spectrum hotel in central Copenhagen, next to the water. The wellness area has a 25-metre heated pool, a Finnish sauna, a steam bath, a shower walk with tropical mist and a relax room with lounge furniture.
Booking is required for the wellness area and for all treatments. The area is for guests aged 16 and over, with family wellness for children from 5 on weekends and holidays. Treatments last 30-90 minutes and include access to the area for one hour beforehand. The entrance, parking, toilet and seating are wheelchair accessible.
