This merchant in central Copenhagen was founded in 1880 and has been family-owned since 1981. It does its own importing and works directly with producers, mainly from France with a focus on Burgundy, from Italy and the rest of Southern Europe, and also from overseas, Scandinavia and, more recently, Eastern Europe. About 30% of the bottles are organic, and the range of organic and biodynamic wines is set to grow. It also supplies gourmet restaurants and classic eateries in Copenhagen.
You can buy online with delivery across Denmark and collect free of charge in the shops. Tastings and producer events are held, and private tastings can be arranged. Gift boxes and tasting boxes can be put together yourself.
