This gym belongs to a Copenhagen chain of fitness and martial arts centres and is in the Kaktus Towers. It offers functional fitness, boxing, Thai boxing and BJJ, personal training and Hyrox classes. The equipment includes brands such as Gym80, Crossmaxx, StarTrac and Concept2, plus an AirRunner. The club's roots go back to a bodybuilding centre in the early 1970s.
Membership gives access to several centres and classes around the city, and a trial session can be booked on the website. There is a sauna, a women's changing room with hair dryers and a seating area for tea or coffee. The entrance is not wheelchair accessible.
