This shop sells costumes and live role-playing equipment and is one of the chain's ten physical shops. It stocks children's, teen and adult costumes, make-up and effects, live role-playing weapons, armour, archery, props and themed party items, as well as Halloween accessories. The staff specialise in their areas and are happy to help with questions.
The chain has a separate online shop, and shipping is free above a certain order value. You can contact the costume department by phone or e-mail, and live role-playing has its own e-mail address. The chain also has a publishing house and holds book signings in its shops. The entrance and parking are not wheelchair accessible.
