This restaurant is in Spinderiet, a former cotton spinning mill in Valby, Copenhagen, and serves sushi, grilled skewers, warm dishes, salads and desserts. It is part of a chain with several branches in Denmark. The interior is industrial, with raw concrete, steel and soft textiles, and there is a large terrace. For children there is Kids'n'Sushi, where they roll their own hosomaki.
You can book a table, order take-away and get food delivered. Groups of ten or more are asked to book in advance. It is family-friendly with a children's menu, and well-behaved dogs are welcome. The entrance is wheelchair accessible, and cards and mobile payments are accepted.
