This store is a branch of the Danish discount chain, part of Salling Group, which is owned by Salling Fondene. The chain opened its first store on Godthåbsvej in Copenhagen on 1 April 1981 and today has over 500 stores in Denmark. The range has grown from a narrow selection to about 1,800 products plus weekly special offers, including a large fresh fruit and vegetable section.
