This grocery shop is in Frederikstaden in Copenhagen, between Nyhavn and Amalienborg. It has stood at the same address for almost 150 years: a ship provisioning business opened here first, and several grocers have run the shop since. Today it is a family-run business.
The shop is small but stocks everyday groceries, a carefully selected range of wine and spirits and a large choice of beer, including specialty beer. There are also cakes, chocolate and delicacies. The shop is open all 365 days of the year. The entrance and the parking are not wheelchair accessible.
