This mead producer in Copenhagen makes mead (honey wine) from Danish honey sourced from beekeepers, plus fruit, berries and botanicals. The range includes light, naturally sparkling meads, fruit and berry meads and barrel-aged meads matured in oak. Production has run since 2016, and the meads have won recognition in international competitions.
