This massage practice in central Copenhagen is run by one therapist and opened in its own treatment room. The treatments are based on fysiurgisk massage, trigger point therapy and fascial bodywork, working with the body as a whole system. There are also restorative treatments focused on deep rest, including gentle sessions without talking.
Sessions are hands-on and tailored, and techniques are often blended during a session. An optional intake form can be filled in when booking. Sessions are available in English and Danish.
