This association promotes knowledge and development of individual and collective labour law in Denmark and abroad. It aims to foster understanding between lawyers and others interested in labour law, and publishes material on the subject.
Personal membership is open to holders of a Danish cand.jur. or cand.merc.jur. degree or an equivalent foreign one, and to others qualified in labour law at the board's discretion, including those who have served as judge, conciliator or expert in the relevant courts. Members get a portal with an event calendar and sign-up. Minutes and accounts from general meetings are published online, and the association represents Denmark in the International Society of Labour and Social Security Law.
