Staff check the quality and style of the clothes, which are repaired in the chain's own atelier and washed before they reach the shop. The chain says it wants to offer a sustainable choice.
You can buy at most two items of the same product, and sales suspected to be for resale are refused. All purchases are final, but items from the atelier can be returned unworn within 8 days with a receipt, refunded as a gift voucher. Gift vouchers are available in the shop and online. The entrance and parking are not wheelchair accessible.
