The products are from the Italian brand Rica Haircare, founded in 1994 with a focus on natural ingredients and sustainability. The space has high ceilings and a calm, relaxed feel.
Appointments are booked online, and a consultation can be booked before larger treatments such as colouring and extensions. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours ahead, by the booking system or by phone. There is wheelchair-accessible seating, but the toilet is not wheelchair accessible.
