This smørrebrød shop (Danish open sandwiches) in Østerbro, Copenhagen, has sold traditional smørrebrød since 1996. It offers håndmadder, luxury smørrebrød, homemade herring, cheeses and warm frikadeller (Danish meatballs), most of it made from scratch with fresh ingredients. There are also sandwiches, Italian flutes and triangle sandwiches.
You can order by phone or e-mail and collect it yourself, and delivery can be arranged. The shop also caters for meetings, lunch schemes and parties, with a Christmas menu in season. Cards and cash are accepted. The entrance is not wheelchair accessible.
