Bikes are built in the shop from the frame up with carefully chosen components, and the range includes race, cross, city, classic women's, cargo, sports and electric bikes, plus custom builds where the customer picks colours and parts.
All makes are repaired, and the shop phones to agree a fixed price before starting work. If a repair cannot be finished the same day, a loan bike is free. There are subscriptions for service and repair and for the bike itself, and customers get free coffee and sweets. The shop is closed on Saturdays and Sundays.
