This is the original bicycle workshop on Christiania in Copenhagen, where the first Christiania bike rolled out in 1984. It makes and sells the Christiania cargo bike, with or without an electric motor, and also sells standard two-wheelers. It is the only company in Denmark that makes and sells the Pedersen bicycle, with its distinctive hammock-style seat.
New and old bikes are repaired, and tourists can rent a cargo bike or a two-wheeled city bike. There is a subscription on new Christiania bikes and a webshop. The bikes are now produced on Bornholm and assembled in the original premises. The entrance is wheelchair accessible.
